Lisa de Rijk (Wake) has a track record of working in the public, private and third sector as a Trainer, Coach, Change Management Consultant and Supervisor.
Author of Neurolinguistic Psychotherapy: A Postmodern Perspective; The Role of Brief Therapies in Attachment Disorder; and NLP Principles in Practice, and lead editor for The Clinical Effectiveness of Neurolinguistic Programming. Now a Master Trainer of NLP, Lisa is also accredited by the UKCP as a neurolinguistic psychotherapist and is currently studying towards a PhD in Psychology at Surrey University.
Lisa has served as Chair and Vice Chair of UKCP and in 2013, Lisa was made anHonorary Fellow of UKCP. Lisa is advisor to Association of NLP and European Director for Research and Development for the NLP Research and Recognition Project.
After completing her BSc in Clinical Sciences at the University of Bradford, Rebecca joined the team in 2008. Throughout her younger years, Rebecca experienced both NLP and Awaken and since formally joining the company has developed a role as Business Manager within the company. Rebecca completed her NLP Practitioner in 2009 and Master Practitioner in 2010. Rebecca’s role includes providing support to the clients, associate and event’s co-ordination and operational management.
Having joined the team in 2007, Janet provides Administrative Support to all within Awaken. With an extensive background in Pharmaceutical management, Janet combines a wealth of experience within the field and her warm personality in her role. Janet plays an important part in delegate and course preparation provides support to our Corporate work.
